Q: May I customize my order?
A:
Yes, we charge a 60% customizing fee. Once the material (COPM; Customers Own Personal Material or LML Custom Material) has been ordered for a Custom Order, Client is responsible for material(s) even if the order is canceled.

Q: What is the warranty on your cribs?
A:
Little Miss Liberty Round Crib Company agrees to repair or replace (at its discretion) any missing or defective parts within one (1) year of ORIGINAL purchase. Little Miss Liberty reserves the right to refuse free repairs or replacement of parts damaged by retail display of the crib or user mishandling. For repair or replacement parts please contact your authorized Little Miss Liberty retailer at Support@CherishedCribs.com or (702) 686-4761. Before making your call, please be prepared to provide the Round Crib model number, original purchase date, part description and proof of purchase. This guarantee applies only to the original purchase.

Q: What is your return policy?
A:
Little Miss Liberty is considered a Custom House. Therefore once the client has approved their order, there are no returns or refunds.

Q: What is your exchange policy?
A:
Exchanges can only be made on items of equal or greater value and must be approved by Customer Service and Management. We can not accept any exchanges on the following items: custom bedding or furniture, all sale items, holiday themed items after the holiday, any used, worn or cleaned items, and any cut yardage. Q: Can you expedite my order?
A:
We will gladly rush any order so that it will ship within 10 to14 business days of order entry. A 50% non-refundable fee is applied to all Rush Orders. This does not apply to Free Shipping orders (free shipping is Normal ground time Shipping). Rush Orders may not be canceled. "Platinum Rush" shipping is available. Q: May I return linens &/or pillows?
A:
For the purposes of public health and safety, and in conformance with State laws, items of personal hygiene when sold at retail may not be accepted for return or exchange after having left the premises from where they were sold. No exchanges on any items that has been laundered or dry-cleaned.

Q: What is your policy on items damaged in shipping?
A:
Should damage occur during shipment, do not refuse any shipment. Leave the merchandise in the original container and contact CherishedCribs at Support@CherishedCribs.com or (702) 686-4761 within Three (3) days. You will be advised by an LML agent as to subsequent procedures.

Q: What is the difference between a Dura-Crib and a wooden crib?
A:
The Dura-Crib is an injection molded "Lexan" N.A.S.A. plastic product. Lexan is used in bullet-proof glass and astronauts' helmets. The wooden crib is made out of North American white birch and white maple (both hard woods).  All LMLCC products are made in America.

Q: What pieces are included in the Universal Canopy Bedding?
A:
The Universal Canopy Bedding normally includes 4 drapes, 4 valances, 1 bumper, 1 coverlet, 1 dust ruffle, 8 ties and 1 contour sheet. Extra linens, quilted waterproof pads, and different styles of dome covers are sold separately. Bedding sets may vary from one collection to another. Q: What is the difference between contour and safety sheets?
A:
Contour sheets are fitted onto the mattress much as ordinary adult fitted sheets. Safety sheets use more fabric and fit much more securely, making it impossible for an infant to remove and get entangled. LMLCC safety sheets contain the "Good Housekeeping" Seal of approval.

Q: Why would I want a Universal Canopy Bedding Set if I only want to put up the crib in its standard configuration?
A:
You can utilize the drapes, valances and sleeves for nursery window dressings.

Q: I lost my instructions. How can I replace them?
A:
For your convenience, assembly instructions are included on each product page in this website. Click instructions and proceed to print.

Q: My crib is an older LML design. How can I replace those instructions?
A:
Here are the instructions for the 1994-1999 Round Crib:
1999 Standard Canopy Top Round Wood Crib (page one, two, three and four).

Q: What is "organic"?
A:
Certified organic products are produced from raw materials that are organically grown and harvested without the use of synthetic pesticides, fertilizers or defoliants. Organic farms and processing facilities are routinely inspected by state and private organizations to ensure they adhere to strict guidelines.
